For many years, a friend and I owned a time share unit on the property of the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe,Vermont. It was during our annual stays that my interest in floral photography was nurtured and grew. Not only does Trapp have fabulous gardens with a wide variety of flowers, but we made trips to other lovely gardens in the area. One year we "swapped" our unit for one in British Columbia and had an opportunity to visit the famed Butchart Gardens in Victoria.

I got hooked and subsequently have visited gardens, conservatories and wild habitats in many parts of the country. Enjoy these floral images!
